I had the opportunity with my studio to animate the Firefox for Mozilla. This was used for a huge event, the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain. We animated for a couple of months, and it was my first real time working…in Flash. Which I’m still a little “meh” about. But it was a lot of fun!
My studio did a small animation for the coming of SPRING. I wrote the story, did boards, as well as concept this lil’ dude. Then modeled and textured him in C4D and passed off the rigging and animation to another co-worker. It was finished off with some type work from another, and sound design (which we recorded our own voices for.) It was a day and a half project, and pretty fun! Hope you like!
Working on a few too many things at once, but on the up side many are finishing at the same time now! Later this week I will be posting about a longer job I’ve been working on, super fun stuff, as well as an update on the upcoming webcomic (still working on the website for that.) However in the mean time, I was able to sneak in time with a couple co-workers to create a 20-25 second animation to welcome in SPRING TIME. Here is a little storyboarding I did for it. That animation will be posted today as well! So CHECK BACK.
Here is a short animation myself and another co-worker made. We made it in a short period of time, as an internal project within our studio. We just got a hairless kitten “Doom” who hangs out most days, making sure we get our work done on time. We all thought it would be fun to split off into teams and each make a short animation, in any style, all about our new feline friend. Hope you enjoy!
